Please submit the form below. By registering your customers, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our Realtor Showing Policy. Your customers will be sent an email confirmation that they have been registered by you as their Realtor.

Terms & Conditions

The following online registration is valid for 90 days, it is the responsibility of the Realtor to re-register his/her Customers after the expiration date in order to be eligible for any sales commission.

The Customer visited a Skobel Homes community as a result of the Realtor's recommendation.

The Customer was registered by the Realtor before or during the Customer’s first visit to a Skobel Homes community.

The Customer acknowledges that the Realtor referred him/her to a Skobel Homes community.

Skobel Homes will only pay one Broker commission per sale. In the event the customer is registered by multiple Realtors, Skobel Homes will pay the Realtor designated by the customer at time of contract.
