 3. Choose a FloorplanChoose a floorplan that fits your lifestyle and decide if you want a Quick Move-In Home or pick an available lot in one of our communities to build pre-construction. |  2. Visit our Model HomeBrowse our desirable communities online and visit one of our Decorated Model Homes. |
 5. Sign a ContractWe will prepare the contract for your new home. You can share the exciting news with your family and friends. |  6. Submit Loan ApplicationSubmit your loan application to your lender with all of the required documents. |
 9. ClosingThe Closing is when the title to the property is conveyed to the buyer and you will officially become a new Skobel Homes Homeowner. |  8. Homeowner WalkthroughWhen your new home is complete we will meet you onsite for your Homeowner Walkthrough. |
 4. Select OptionsMake an appointment to review the design options for your new home. We will help you select all of the interior and exterior details for your new home including cabinets, flooring, light fixtures, paint colors and more. |
