Banquet Room Reservation Calendar
Banquet Room Reservations:
To reserve the Banquet Room the following is required:

Look at the Banquet Room Reservation Calendar to check for availability.

Send an email to hello@starrhoa.com with the date and time frame that you want to reserve the banquet room. Please plan ahead as rental of this facility is subject to availability.

We will email you back confirming the availability and the reservation fee amount.

Login to our Online Owner Portal at http://starrpm.managebuilding.com to make your payment. Upon our receipt of this payment, the reservation is confirmed.

The fee schedule is as follows:

$100 for the first 2 hours.

$25 for each additional hour.

A refundable $100 security deposit is also required. Time overages, cleaning, and damages will be deducted from this security deposit, and the remainder of the balance will be applied to your Association account/rental account towards future dues/rents. Damage exceeding the security deposit amount will become assessments/rent due.

Before asking to reserve the Banquet Room please be confident in the date and time of your event. In the event of cancellation, there will be a $100 cancellation fee charged. You will only receive a refund of your security deposit.

Banquet Room Rules:
When planning events, please abide by these Banquet Room Rules:

You must remain present during your entire event. The doors to the clubhouse will automatically unlock and remain unlocked during the duration of your event (unless requested otherwise). You will be able to set-up before your event using your keyfob for access.

You must clean-up and remove all bags of trash produced by your event. Do not leave bags of trash on site. Floors must be swept clean.

Decorations may not be attached with any apparatus that will cause holes, damage, or residue on any fixture or wall (no nails, tacks, staples, or tape). Decorations must be made of large pieces that are easy to pick up. No thrown rice, birdseed, glitter, or other forms of confetti are permitted. It is very timely to remove and will result in costly additional fees.

Candles must be in a container that exceeds the height of the candle. No open flames permitted.

Keep the music at a reasonable volume to prevent damage to the speakers and not to disturb neighbors.

If using any outside vendors, you must obtain approval from the Association. Approval requires proof of liability insurance and all contact information for any and all vendors and their subcontractors.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Care must be taken when moving furniture in the facility and restored to its original position at the conclusion of your event.
Pool Rules:
The pool is open for residents to use from sunrise to sunset every day. You may want to check the Online Banquet Room Reservation Calendar before planning your day at the pool.
When using the pool, please abide by these rules:

Up to three guests may accompany each represented household at the pool. Residents exceeding this limit will be billed to your Association account per the Banquet Room Reservation billing rates.

Shower before entering the pool. Please shower AFTER you put sunscreen on as the loose sunscreen contains harmful chemicals that remain in the pool water. Sunscreen is still effective after showering.

No food or drinks are permitted in the pool.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool or on the pool deck.

No glass or breakable containers are permitted in the pool or on the pool deck.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and must not be left unattended.

Proper swim attire is required.

Toddlers under 4 must be wearing plastic swim pants at all times at the pool.

No animals are permitted in the pool, pool deck or clubhouse.
-
No smoking is permitted at any Association amenity, which includes the pool, pool deck, and clubhouse.

Dispose of all trash in receptacles.

No running or horseplay on the pool deck.

No skateboards or bicycles on the pool deck.

No diving.
While the pool is a great source of fun, please make sure you are safe! Kids should have mandatory breaks every hour to go to the bathroom and sunscreen should be reapplied to keep them safe. Drowning is silent! Someone drowning cannot yell, cannot splash, and cannot breathe. Always supervise children in a pool and learn CPR to be prepared for an emergency.
